David "Gary" Dempsey, 78, passed away on November 23, 2023 in Port Angeles, Washington. He was born on April 27, 1945 to Emily Morris in Port Townsend, WA. He graduated from Port Townsend High School, and was also a boy scout. Gary was very active in the community for many years.
