Michael Dennis Lindsey

Michael Dennis Lindsey, a beloved father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend, peacefully passed away at his home on Dec. 21, 2023, at the age of 72. He was born on July 10,1951, in Port Townsend, Washington, to Darlene Fay and Malcom Dennis Jr. Lindsey. He grew up as a proud resident of Port Townsend and was a 1970 graduate.

Mike worked as a heavy equipment operator and he spent his whole working carrier in the Excavating Business, starting at his dads company (Denny's Excavating). He had a great passion for repairing, restoring, upgrading and maintaining his many classic vehicles. Another one of Mike's passions included racing on the race track (#55), whether he was racing his stock cars on the circuit or drag racing on the strip. He spent many hours on the race track and won many trophies to prove it.

Mike is survived by his daughter, Tami, her husband Chris (Cabana), grandchildren Brianne (Hughes), Alexia and Kris (Cabana). As well as his sister, Denise, her husband Jeff (Hart), his nephew Jason (Bishop), his great niece Kayla (Hill) and his great nephews James and Leif (Bishop). He was dearly loved, and he will be missed by many.

At a later date, Mike will be laid to rest next to his mom and dad at Laurel Grove Cemetery in Port Townsend, WA.
