Stanley Piper Kriegel 84, passed away on July 8, 2024 at his home.
Stan is survived by his wife Susan of Port Ludlow, WA; daughter Susan (Mark), stepson David (Loan) stepdaughters; Kristi (Pat), Kathy, Andrea (Jeff) and 7 wonderful grandchildren: Tim (Ali), Marlie, Trace, Kaeden, Meghan, Kurt & Makahla and two great granddaughters, Lila & Alice. Stan was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Martha and a sister, Anne.
Stanley was born on July 4th, 1940, in Seattle WA to Henry and Martha Kriegel.
Stan graduated from West Seattle High School in 1958 and earned an education degree from Central Washington University in 1971.
Stan was a long-time teacher at the North Mason School District in Belfair WA. He was an avid fisherman, loved crabbing, shrimping and being on the water. Stan lived life with such gusto and never met anyone he didn’t like.
The family is so thankful for Jefferson Healthcare, Hospice, his caregivers and Bradley-Kosec Funeral Home. They lightened our hearts and lovingly assisted with Stan.
